Nolensville High School is raffling a $10,000 grand prize, with tickets at $20 each. The drawing takes place at halftime of the Knights' home football game against Page on Friday, Oct. 30.

The Knights Royal Raffle, organized by the Nolensville High School PTSO and NAC, offers four cash prizes: $10,000 for the grand prize, $5,000 for second, $3,000 for third and $2,000 for fourth. The organizers' goal is to sell 2,500 tickets and raise $50,000, according to the campaign's Givebutter page.

The listed prize amounts depend on total sales. If ticket revenue falls short of $50,000, 40% of actual sales would be distributed as cash prizes instead of the advertised amounts.

As of Tuesday, Sept. 22, the raffle had raised $14,160, or 28% of its goal.

Tickets sell individually for $20 or in bundles up to 10 for $200. Buyers pick a specific NHS sport or program to support when they purchase, choosing from more than two dozen options including football, cross country, hockey, band, theater and choir. Funds raised will be disbursed at the discretion of the NHS PTSO and NAC.

The drawing is authorized by the Secretary of State and the Tennessee Gaming Commission. Buyers must be 18 or older, and winners must show a driver's license to claim a prize. Winners do not need to be present; results will be posted on Facebook and X, and winners will be called.

The raffle launched Aug. 15 and remains open through the drawing, according to the school's athletics page.

Cross country and hockey are among the programs buyers can direct their ticket purchases toward, and both are already in full swing. Cross country runner Isaiah Smidt has been the Knights' top finisher at three consecutive meets, posting 16:05 times at the Sat Night Lights and Voyles meets and a 16:17 at the Southern Showcase in Huntsville. "Isaiah Smidt has been the Knights top finisher at all three meets leading us with consecutive 16:05 finishes," Coach Hansen wrote on the school athletics page.

The Knights varsity hockey team opened its 2026–27 season with a tie against Franklin before facing Father Ryan on Wednesday, Sept. 16, at Centennial Sportsplex. Tickets for the Knights Royal Raffle are available at givebutter.com/nhs-ptsonac-raffle-y8s6ss.
